Privacy — Vendu à combien app
No account
The app asks for no name, email or password. Saved addresses and followed areas stay on your phone.
Your location
When you tap “My location”, the location is read by the device and sent to our server (venduacombien.com) to list nearby sales, and to the French Base Adresse Nationale (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr) to find the address. It is not stored in a database, not linked to a person, and not used for advertising.
Subscription
Purchases go through Apple. An anonymous install identifier generated by the app is sent to RevenueCat (subscription provider) and to our server to check that a subscription is active. We never receive payment details.
No tracking
No ads, no ad trackers, no data resale.
Data shown
Sales come from the public French “Demandes de valeurs foncières” file (DGFiP, Etalab). It contains no buyer or seller names.
